FAQ

INSTANT DOWNLOAD HELP

You should be able to download immediately after purchase; however, in some cases, it may take a few minutes to confirm the payment (usually no longer than 10 minutes).

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

You can request any size for an additional cost. Please contact me prior to purchase to confirm if the print you desire can be resized, as some prints may not be resizable. Alternatively, you can resize the prints yourself using editing software such as Photoshop. However, I do not recommend enlarging them significantly, as it may result in a loss of quality.

HOW CAN I PRINT THE ARTWORK?

You can print the files at home using a high-quality printer or take them to a local print shop. For excellent quality, uploading the files to an online printing service is the recommended option. Conduct a quick Google search for "online printing" to explore available options in your area. Popular choices for printing in the US include mpix.com and shutterfly.com.

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE?

For optimal results, I recommend using high-quality cardstock paper with the following characteristics, listed in order of importance:

  • Heavyweight
  • Matte
  • Super white (natural white)
  • Smooth surface
  • Acid and lignin-free

ANY RECOMMENDED PRINT SHOPS?

  1. Office Supply Stores Many office supply stores offer copy and print services. You can upload your files online, email them, or bring them on a USB drive to the store. Opt for bright white cardstock or canvas. Staples, Costco, Walgreens, and Kinko's are commonly used by my customers in North America and have received positive feedback.

  2. Photo Labs For printing other pictures, matte photo paper is recommended for the best results.

  3. Online Printing Services Consider using reputable online printing services such as mPix, Snapfish, iCanvas, Shutterfly, Vistaprint, and CanvasPeople.
